(Houston Chronicle) Controversy is a part of art, and for Texas art teacher Stacey Bailey, that statement is all too true.
In September 2017 Bailey was allegedly barred from her classroom at Charlotte Anderson Elementary School in Arlington, Texas after a parent complained she was pushing her "homosexual agenda" on her students.
Bailey claims she had shown her students a photo of her and her wife's fish costumes from the Disney movie "Finding Nemo," which elicited the initial complaint from parents.
