ObaMao

Friday, November 2nd, 2012

Great column, Mr. Farah ["Obama's 2nd-term war on domestic opposition"]. It’s a dire warning of things to come if Obama grabs a second term.

What is the real mission of the Department of Homeland Security? As time passes, the true intent of the DHS manifests. It is a government instrument not used to defend against foreign terrorism but to monitor, inhibit, control and intimidate ordinary Americans. The spirit of healthy dissent, political and otherwise, withers in such an environment. Freedom dies; statists win.

A Republican for Obama

Friday, November 2nd, 2012

I’m a retired government secretary. My brother is in a nursing home. As a Republican, I was going to vote for Romney, but I couldn’t do it. President Clinton’s speech at the Democratic Convention scared me to death. He said Romney and Ryan would cut Medicare and Medicaid – which pays for nursing homes
. I know Romney wants pay down the debt. My brother and I decided that we had to vote for Obama.

Romney loses and we're doomed

Thursday, November 1st, 2012

Mr. Farah:

I have lived through several presidents. Before the 2008 election, I took the time (didn’t take very long at all) to research Obama’s background, early childhood, worldview and, most important, his associates. What I learned scared the hell out of me. I could see quite clearly that he is most definitely a socialist – with communist leanings. So I thought, naively it turns out, that the American people would never elect such a person as POTUS.

Oops.

Apparently, most people did not bother to learn the facts. Certainly the mainstream media didn’t. Or perhaps they did and chose to ignore it, ... continue reading »

Don't whine – act!

Thursday, November 1st, 2012

In reference to a letter to the editor, from Neil, who does not like either candidate for president so he will not vote – if he really wants to get the political parties out of the hands of the few elitists and back to the people, he needs to start by withholding contributions and start a letter-writing barrage.

He should stop buying the books of Karl Rove, Newt Gingrich, Charles Krauthammer and all the other elitists who think it is only their territory to pick who the Republican candidates will be. He needs to start writing letters and sending emails to conservative talk-show hosts ... continue reading »

Divorce Obama

Thursday, November 1st, 2012

Can someone tell me how the United States can remain intact if this fetidly corrupt and criminally incompetent Obama administration gets another four years? Every day, it feels like we are being ruled by terrorists posing as leaders and bureaucrats. It grieves me to see America destroyed from within by a government of immoral people.

To America, I would plead: Divorce Obama. Don’t get fooled again. Hurricane Sandy tore up the East Coast. Likewise, a devastating storm named Obama is tearing up your country, sinking America’s future under an ocean of debt, despair and dysfunction and whipping up a frenzy of divisiveness no ... continue reading »

GOP to blame for Benghazi

Thursday, November 1st, 2012

Nothing is more pathetic than ignorant Republicans and tea-party idiots playing Monday morning and second guessing Obama’s foreign policy and military decisions – especially when they only know about 2 percent of the facts surrounding the timeline of events in Benghazi seven weeks ago. Republican spending cuts to security at our overseas embassies is the reason why the Benghazi tragedy happened.

Listening to Mitt Romney prattle about foreign policy is like listening to Newt Gingrich for marital advice.
