So as I turned to see Holder hanging over my shoulder, for “fun” I decided to approach the man who deep-sixed the Clinton Chinagate scandal while deputy attorney general at the Clinton Justice Department, sold pardons to such crooks as Marc Rich on behalf of Bill and Hillary, spearheaded the indictment of persons such as Commerce Department Secretary Ron Brown’s girlfriend Nolanda Hill to try to shut them up (Hill had the goods on Hillary Clinton’s selling seats on Department trade missions for $100,000 in illegal campaign contributions), covered up and refused to prosecute voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers in Philadelphia during the 2008 presidential elections, looked the other way when other voter crimes by an Obama front group named ACORN surfaced, lied to Congress about Obama Justice Department involvement in a gunrunning scheme to Mexican drug lords that became known as “Fast and Furious” and a host of other capers to suppress evidence and thwart prosecutions during both the Clinton and Obama administrations. The bottom line is that while presenting a nice image, Holder is one of the sleaziest operators in Washington, D.C. – a man of mixed black-white heritage who “cleverly” uses and plays the “race card,” much like his master, President Obama, to defect criticism for his illegal deeds when it suits him.

“Eric, ” I opened, holding out my hand to shake his. “We have never met but I thought after all these years I would finally personally introduce myself,” I added somewhat sarcastically. Looking at me from his tall but hunched-over frame with a bemused and wry smile, as Holder had apparently downed a few brews as well, he responded in his characteristically smooth and slick voice: “Larry, nice to meet you, too.” He then closed, with a smirk, “Have you come to serve me with a subpoena?”

I laughed tersely but in shock. The nation’s top law enforcement officer, and a fellow lawyer who was at the helm of my alma mater at the U.S. Justice Department, had joked about his own criminal behavior, demeaning not only the office of attorney general but also making light of his own lack of ethics and honesty. I thought to myself, “how revealing.” Holder himself at least knows who he really is and finds it necessary to deflect by joking about his depraved self. Indeed, this candor, couched in attempted humor, says legions not just about Holder, but the people he has served, the Clintons and former Attorney General Janet Reno, and is now serving, President Barack Hussein Obama.

This week a bombshell exploded, and a new, huge and potentially fatal Nixonian scandal surfaced with regard to President Obama – not to mention the burgeoning Benghazi, Associated Press and Navy SEALs scandals, which also reared their head in great or greater force. Of course, I am referring to the IRS scandal, where federal agents in the Obama administration, most likely at the direction of Obama and his White House, targeted conservative, pro-Israel and Judeo-Christian religious groups for extra-scrutiny and thus “special treatment” with regard to their tax-exempt status. And, this is likely just the tip of the iceberg, as more revelations are more than likely to emerge.

Caught like deer in headlights, President Obama and his administration scrambled to try to explain away this political misuse of the IRS. Indeed the Tax Reform Act of 1996 criminalizes any contact by the president and/or the White House over a taxpayer-related matter. However, other than just pontificating his feigned disgust at hastily called press conferences – personally and through his dishonest press secretary, Jay Carney – President Obama and his minions, much as was true with the Chinagate scandal during the Clinton years, summoned Attorney General Eric Holder into action. Announcing that he had commenced a criminal investigation of IRS-gate, Holder, as he and Attorney General Janet Reno did during the Clinton Chinagate scandal of the late 1990s, was in effect seeking to obstruct justice. Not only will Holder and his leftist “yes men” at the Justice Department fail to bring any higher ups to “justice,” and in particular President Obama, but by commencing a so-called criminal investigation the attorney general will now claim that key documents, witnesses and other evidence cannot be made available to Congress and the American people – as he and the Obama administration will claim that they are exempt from production due to the criminal probe.

Holder is a shrewd operator; how else could a person so corrupt continue to serve as attorney general of the United States of America? But, by his own actions, he is a perfect partner for President Obama. The two of them are criminals and must eventually and swiftly be brought to justice before they succeed at destroying this country. I will seek their indictment before a Citizens Grand Jury in Ocala, Fla., but the official organs of government must also be held to account. Congress must do its job despite the ongoing fraudulent criminal investigation of the Obama-Holder Justice Department. Short of this, the American people must rise up and themselves take care of legal business as they did in 1776! The die is cast!

Failing to impeach and convict – as well as indict, try and imprison – the “Bonnie and Clyde” of American politics, the fearsome and “dynamic” duo of crime has come back to haunt, torment, torture and harm not only the Grand Old Party, but much more importantly the American people and the nation as a whole. Lest we forget the Clintons’ prolific felonious behavior during their administration, here is just brief recap.

These purveyors of crime committed bank and other fraud in a scandal known as Whitewater, fired White House Travel Office employees to then hire their friends and when called on the carpet about his caper sicced the Internal Revenue Office on the head of the Travel Office, Billy Dale. They also illegally obtained and misused more than 900 FBI files to smear and destroy perceived adversaries, took bribes from the communist Chinese and others to fill their presidential campaign coffers and help pay for the Clinton library in Little Rock, Ark., feloniously sold seats on government-sponsored trade missions at then Secretary Ron Brown’s Commerce Department, disclosed U.S. government high-tech classified information concerning missile accuracy and satellites to the Chinese in exchange for additional bribes, smeared, threatened and attempted to destroy several women who had had affairs with Bill and were willing to talk to the media and testify during the Monica Lewinsky and related scandals, illegally released Privacy Act-protected employment information about one of the other women Bill Clinton had harassed, Kathleen Willey (which Judge Royce Lamberth of the federal court in Washington, D.C., ruled was a crime), shook down donors for the ability to have them stay in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House for $100,000 a pop, sold judgeships and other government jobs to the highest bidder and also sold presidential pardons to major criminals like Mark Rich. They obstructed justice by hiding more than 1 million emails relevant to my court cases against them at Judicial Watch, and congressional and independent counsel investigations,  took illegal insurance payments from insurance carriers State Farm and Chubb to pay their legal bills, illegally raised money from Americans to further pay their legal bills through illicit legal defense funds (the law prohibits gratuities to federal officials), instigated IRS audits of perceived adversaries to destroy them, arranged for and took illegal campaign contributions to finance Hillary’s 2000 Senate campaign, attempted to steal White House furniture when their term ended (there was no crime that as beneath Bonnie and Clyde), and a host of other crimes too long to mention in this column.

And, for “good measure,” to  top it all off, more than 80 people, many of whom were material witnesses, “mysteriously” died during the Clinton administration. Lists of these dead people were not coincidentally left on the office chairs of such whistleblowers as Linda Tripp (the person who initially revealed the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal and kept Monica’s now infamous semen stained dress) and the White House employees who came forward to expose the Clintons’ failure to produce incriminating emails to Judicial Watch, the court, Congress and the independent counsels in investigations of Clinton criminality, as a warning not to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

So it came as no surprise when it was revealed this week at the House Benghazi hearings  that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton through State Department official Cheryl Mills (not coincidentally her chief of staff and criminal facilitator during the Clinton White House years) and others had attempted to coerce and threaten these brave whistleblowers from coming forward to disclose that the former first lady had  ignored pleas to buttress security at the consulate, as well as covered up the cause for the terrorist attack that left our Ambassador Christopher Stephens and three other patriotic Americans dead as a result. This obstruction of justice is “vintage” Hillary.

Importantly, at the “end” of the Clinton years in the White House, independent counsel Robert Ray issued a report that found Hillary had, among other criminal misdeeds, committed perjury when she was subpoenaed and then forced to appear and testify under oath before a grand jury. But Ray, for his own political purposes – as he then was planning to run for the U.S. Senate in New Jersey – declined to prosecute her, “copping out” that a predominantly black District of Columbia jury, which would have likely had Democrat and pro-Clinton sympathies, would never convict her. I wrote extensively about the Clinton scandals and my role in uncovering and prosecuting them in my book, “Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment.”

After the Benghazi hearings concluded Wednesday, House Chairman Darrell Issa was interviewed by Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren and asked whether or not criminal charges would be pursued against Hillary and her accomplices like Cheryl Mills for obstruction  of justice and related illegal acts. Typically responding in “establishment Republican fashion,” Issa told Greta that his focus was not on pursuing justice for these crimes, but making sure that the State Department protected its ambassadors and other embassy officials and employees in the future.

During the Clinton White House years, Republicans took a similar tact after Democrats dug up dirt on their own dealings with communist China during the campaign finance congressional hearings of 1997. This leads me to question what dirt they now have may have dug up on Chairman Issa and his colleagues that would lead him and other Republican officials to again fail to legally take Hillary out by putting her in prison where she belongs and can do no further harm to the nation.

Yes, it’s a giant club in our nation’s capital, and “We the People” no longer have a republican form of representative government – as neither political party has “clean hands” nor the will to enforce the law. Therefore, it falls upon us, the citizens, to seek justice for the crimes of our politicians and other government officials who continue to play criminal games with our future as the greatest country on Earth. The complaint I filed on Vinnie’s behalf did not attack Muslims or Islam, but simply largely plead that the construction of a mosque at Ground Zero would constitute a nuisance to the neighborhood, as it would create a magnet for other terrorist acts, be a burden to New York City taxpayers, given the heightened and costly security issues it posed, and inflict emotional distress on the inhabitants as it would be a grim reminder of that fateful day. Indeed, almost 70 percent of New Yorkers agreed with this assessment, according to polls at the time, and thus a large majority of the Big Apple opposed its construction.

That, of course, did not stop our “mullah in chief,” President Barack Hussein Obama, and his lefty sidekick, the “nanny mayor” of New York City, Michael Bloomberg, from endorsing the Ground Zero mosque and its then imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf. Obama even had the chutzpah to praise it on a day he was feasting the Muslim holiday of Ramadan in the White House, his having canceled just days before a celebration of the National Day of Prayer there.

While Obama is at the very least a Muslim at heart, Bloomberg is, incredibly, a Jew. Their praise of the Ground Zero mosque and Imam Rauf, who I had sued along with the mosque, stood in stark contrast to a sworn affidavit that would later be filed by the attorney for the mosque and Rauf. His name is Adam Leitman Bailey; the mosque and the imam had obviously hired him because as a Jew he could seem freer and have more so-called “credibility” to attack Vinnie and me, who are also Jewish. In his affidavit, which he attached to a motion to dismiss our complaint, Bailey, on behalf of Rauf, attacked Vinnie and me viciously. Here is what he said to the court and the Muslim and non-Muslim world:

“As a lawyer I cannot to tolerate the destruction of the American Constitution at the hands of those who had been pledged to defend it. I will not let the right to prayer in the manner one chooses be silenced by shouts of rage: I will not let the right to free exercise of religion be confined by narrowness of vision; and I will not let the right to erect a house of prayer be torn down by blind bigotry.

“Ground Zero is a scar upon the landscape at the altar of international fanaticism, but because it allows bigotry like that of Plaintiff in this suit to flourish in the rich mud of ignorance and religious intolerance. The diversity of America is not its weakness, but its strength. When in the days following an analogous atrocity in 1941 our people marshaled their will and marched off, nobody was an American of this type or that. We are all united under a single banner pledged to eradicate the very kind of religious intolerance we see in Plaintiff, represented in those years by the Third Reich and those aligned with it. …

“It is therefore out of the most profound personal feelings as well as professional duty that I offer this Affirmation in support of the motion to dismiss this atrocity of a lawsuit.”

Bailey, having filed this strategically bigoted ad hominem attack on Vinnie and me in court, then proceeded to give it to the New York Post and other media for publication. His accusing us of being Nazis and bigoted toward Islam on behalf of a Muslim cleric was tantamount to issuing a “fatwah” against us, similar to what had been done by Iranian imams to famous author Salman Rushdie. In short, this outrage by a fellow Jew on behalf of Imam Rauf placed and continues to put Vinnie’s and my lives in danger.

In response to this “fatwah,” I asked the judge assigned to the case, Justice Lucy Billings, to sanction Bailey and the imam for inciting violence if not death against us. But the judge, a former lawyer for the ACLU and not coincidentally a jurist who had no problem with Occupy Wall Street trashing New York City’s Zuccotii Park in a later court ruling in another of her cases, refused to act and sanction Bailey and Rauf.

To make matters worse, Justice Billings, as has been the case of many leftist jurists in the last several years, sat on Vinnie’s lawsuit for over two years before finally dismissing it on bogus grounds Nov. 28, 2012, after Obama, perhaps not coincidentally, had been safely re-elected. The case is now on appeal.

During the course of the oral arguments in support of their motion to dismiss, the Ground Zero mosque and Imam Rauf, through Bailey, argued that the construction of the mosque would not create a nuisance since it was outside of the zone of Ground Zero. Notwithstanding that the Ground Zero mosque is only a block and a half away from the fallen World Trade Center Towers, the argument was absurd.

Just in the last days, however, New York City authorities discovered the landing gear of one of the Boeing 767 planes that hit the World Trade Towers in the backyard of the Ground Zero mosque at 51 Park Place. It would appear, based on the circumstances, that the developers and the imams of the mosque have been hiding it for 12 years.

It comes as no surprise that Bailey and his Muslim cleric client lied to the court. For this they will hopefully pay a price, as I am moving that they both be held in contempt for their deceit.

There is apparently no “honor among thieves” – or, for that matter, compromised leftist Jewish attorneys, Muslim imams and former ACLU lawyers turned judges, who desecrate the memory of those who died on September 11, pervert the rule of law and attempt to deny justice to our fallen heroes and our nation.

Going on to become president – albeit by defrauding the nation that he is a natural born citizen as required for the office under our Constitution – coming out of his equally fraudulent “Christian closet,” Obama again showed his true religious and ethnic colors for the first time by touting his middle name, Hussein, in a now-legendary speech at Cairo University; bowing down to the Saudi king, Muslim style; canceling the National Day of Prayer in the White House and instead feasting on the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, using the occasion to effectively endorse the Ground Zero Mosque and its then slimy and terrorist-connected imam; sending huge amounts of U.S. money to terrorist groups like Hamas and the Palestinian Authority; pressuring Israel not to crush Hamas in Gaza during the eight-day war; supporting the overthrow of President Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and replacing him with the granddaddy of terrorist groups, the Muslim Brotherhood (of which al-Qaida is a charter member); sending hundreds of millions of dollars in “foreign aid” to the now Muslim Brotherhood-controlled Egypt; supporting a Palestinian state on the West Bank by advocating that Israel withdraw to pre-1967 borders, leaving the Jewish state vulnerable to being cut in two pieces if a new war breaks out and jeopardizing the country’s security; undercutting and showing great antipathy and disrespect toward Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; taking state visits to Arab countries but “dissing” Israel for the first four and one half years of his presidency; in the past associating with admitted and known anti-Semites like black-Muslim Rev. Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam, Rev. Jeremiah Wright and now deceased Harvard law professor Derrick Bell; removing references to terrorism from the daily lexicon of the White House and other executive branch agencies; appointing anti-Semitic and anti-Israel Sen. Chuck Hagel as secretary of defense and a host of other latent anti-Semitic and anti-Israel actions; refusing at first to even suggest the possibility of Muslim terrorism with regard to the Benghazi attack on the U.S. mission as well as the recent Boston Marathon Muslim terrorist bombings; the failure to forcefully confront and stop Muslim Iran over its nuclear weapons program, as well as support the Iranian secular freedom movement, which likely could have removed this neo-Nazi Islamic regime; the muzzling of Voice of America’s negative commentary about the Muslim regime in Iran; and a host of other obvious pro-Muslim actions and inactions that occur in his administration on a daily basis. Plain and simple, this is why this WND’s Whistleblower magazine coined a moniker for Obama as “The First Muslim President.”

In sum, Obama is actually in practice and in his “heart” a Muslim “turned inside out.” As president of the United States and leader of the free world, he is thus potentially even more dangerous than al-Qaida, Hamas, Hezbollah, the mullahs in Tehran, or any terrorist group or nation state, combined. That is why I have not lightly labeled him “our” “Mullah in Chief.”

Is it no wonder then that our Mullah in Chief and his appointed lackeys at the FBI and Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, in the wake of the Boston Marathon Muslim bombing of April 15, 2013, refuse even to consider the possibility of terrorism, much more Muslim terrorism, as the cause for the explosion of a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, just two days later, on April 17. Here is how today’s latest Wikipedia posting describes the explosion, which registered like a 2.2 earthquake on the Richter scale and shook the ground over 70 miles from the town.

“On April 17, 2013, an explosion occurred at the West Fertilizer Company storage and distribution facility in West, Texas, 18 miles (29 km) north of Waco while emergency personnel were responding to a fire at the facility. At least 15 people were killed, more than 160 were injured and more than 150 buildings were damaged or destroyed. The cause of the blast is unknown.”

Given that former President George W. Bush is perhaps the most hated man in “Obama’s Muslim world” of the Middle East, and among mosques here in the United States, and that West, Texas, where “W” grew up is only 30 miles as the crow flies from his Crawford ranch, how is it that even the possibility of Muslim terrorism was again not raised? Indeed, during yesterday’s dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, “W” remarked about this closeness to his ranch in Crawford, Texas, where one must have surely felt the massive explosion. And, the explosion at the fertilizer plant in West, Texas, comes on top of the proximity in time to the Muslim terrorist bombings in Boston.

Couple this with the historic fact that fertilizer bombs are widely used in the Middle East and have also been used here in the United States by Muslim terrorists, and Obama’s silence becomes even more deafening and frightening.

Following his lead, major news media outlets also have not raised the possibility of Muslim terrorism in West, Texas. But, notwithstanding the complicity of these major news outlets, perhaps intimidated by Muslim charges that their past reporting was prejudiced against Muslims by terrorist-connected domestic groups like the Council for American-Islamic Relations, does not the nation’s “fearless leader” have a duty to address head-on the possibility of Muslim terrorism in West, Texas?

Not if you are Barack Hussein Obama, a “Muslim” himself through and through.

We now live in the most dangerous of times in our nation’s history. Our so-called president is a disloyal if not traitorous “Muslim in drag,” and our lives and those of our loved ones are in great peril.

May God watch over and protect us as this man occupies and subverts the Office of the President of the United States and continues to sell us, “We the People,” out to his Muslim terrorist friends.

This week, as any rational person suspected, Muslim terrorists were behind the bombing of the Boston Marathon. Muslim terrorist brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev – likely the puppets of a much broader Islamic terrorist cell that has yet to be identified or apprehended – detonated pressure-cooker bombs, a frequently used bombing method in the Middle East in particular, killing three and wounding about 170 other innocent bystanders.

At first, Obama administration officials, as has become the norm, refused to implicate a possible Muslim terrorist plot, Obama himself describing the attack as a mere “tragedy.” Indeed, given the latent and actual claims of persecution of Muslims in this country by Obama and his allies, like the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), even conservative channels like Fox News shied away from using the “M” word until it was crystal clear who had perpetrated the bombing. For example, Bret Baier of Fox News almost choked Friday morning when he broadcast the names and backgrounds of the bombers and sheepishly revealed their Muslim roots. This politically correct sensitivity, orchestrated and furthered by Obama and his minions, has contributed to the rise of Muslim extremism in our country. Terrorists like Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, to avoid even the appearance of prejudice against Muslims, are even given scholarships to prestigious schools and entrees into other venues of American society, which they can use as cover for their plots. In short, Obama has set the tone and led the way in giving this green light to his fellow Muslims bent on terror.

Nor was there hardly any mention on any station or other press entity of even the possibility that Muslim terror was involved in the huge explosion that occurred in West, Texas, where a fertilizer plant blew up Wednesday, just days after the Boston Marathon bombing. Typically, here is how the New York Times described the explosion:

“The blast was so powerful that the United States Geological Survey registered it as a 2.1 magnitude earthquake. It reduced an apartment complex to a charred skeleton, leveled homes in a five-block radius and burned with such intensity that railroad tracks were fused. It killed up to 15 people and injured up to 180. Volunteer firefighters were missing. Residents of a nursing home were pulled from debris and rushed to hospitals. …

“By Thursday evening, one day after a fertilizer plant here caught fire and then exploded, no one among the hundreds of local state and federal officials and first responders who converged on this town north of Waco was certain about the cause. They only knew its effect.” ["Blast at Plant Tears at Heart Of Texas Town" by Manny Fernandez and John Schwartz]

This intentionally “clueless” rendition of the likely cause of the blast continues to this day, despite the hard fact that fertilizer bombs are commonly used in the Middle East, were employed in the massive Oklahoma City federal building explosion – for which there was evidence that former Iraqi Sunni Muslim dictator Saddam Hussein played a role (I brought a lawsuit against Saddam Hussein and Iraq for the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing) – and that the blast occurred in West, Texas, the former home of none other than former President George W. Bush. What symmetry and deadly timing with the Boston Marathon bombing – yet hardly a mention in the mainstream media of even the possibility of Muslim terrorism. And, of course, Obama and his comrades – including the FBI – refuse to even acknowledge the possibility (or likelihood) that the two events are somehow tied to Muslim terrorism.

And, while a ricin attack of this past week on a U.S. senator and, ironically, Obama himself apparently proved to be from a non-Muslim source, the irony again is that even the possibility of an Islamic connection was hardly mentioned by either the government or our mainstream media. This is despite the apparent similarity in timing and method to the Sept. 11, 2001, anthrax terror attack, which to this day have never been “solved.”

Finally, while the crisis over North Korean threats of nuclear war may have appeared to naïve government officials and the mainstream media to have waned this last week – as a result of Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry and our ally South Korea having caved in to the terrorist state’s demand for “respectful” negotiations – the Islamic Republic of Iran continues with its bellicose nuclear threats against Israel and the United States. The Iranian-North Korean axis of evil continues on with a green light from Obama and company that the United States prefers “diplomacy” over strong action.

As readers of this column know well, I was never a fan of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, who got us into poorly thought-out and fought wars in Iraq and Afghanistan – wars we have now all but lost. But at least “W” and “Uncle Dick” projected strength and did not appease and roll over to Muslim and other terrorist interests. And, during their tenure in office, post Sept. 11, we did not see the stark rise in terrorist activity on our soil, as we are now experiencing, particularly from apparent and likely Muslim sources.

Neville Chamberlain of pre-World War II days would have been proud of Obama and his pro-Muslim minions in the administration. Their actions and non-actions have furthered a march to terror by Muslims similar to what Chamberlain “accomplished” with the Nazis in the years leading up to that great war. Thanks to our “Muslim President,” Muslim terrorism in this country is again on the rise, and it threatens the very survival of our nation.

Here is what the Associated Press reported:

“A U.S. intelligence report concludes that North Korea has advanced its nuclear knowhow to the point that it could arm a ballistic missile with a nuclear warhead, a jarring revelation in the midst of bellicose threats from the unpredictable communist regime.

“President Barack Obama urged calm, calling on Pyongyang to end its saber-rattling while sternly warning that ‘he would take all necessary steps’ to protect American citizens.”

North Korea has threatened to launch nuclear war in the next few days against its neighbor, South Korea, other U.S. allies and the United States itself. Yet Obama and his lying minions previously told the American people and the world that North Korea lacked any such capability. Now, on the eve of North Korea’s threatened attack, we finally know the truth, and it’s very scary. Not since the Cuban missile crisis in 1962 has our nation and its allies faced such imminent peril; and even then neither Fidel Castro nor the Soviet Union threatened to actually use their nuclear missiles to start an atomic war, as North Korea has repeatedly threatened in the last few weeks in particular.

There are a number of lessons to be learned from all of this. They should serve as a wake-up call that the American people can no longer put overseas issues “out of mind” and leave them in the hands of our so-called leaders – who lie to us repeatedly. The nuclear situation and showdown with North Korea, which has aided an even more fanatical Islamic Iran to develop nuclear bombs and missiles of its own, underscores why these two rogue nations not only pose an immediate threat to world peace and stability, but will continue to attempt to threaten and blackmail the West well into the future, even if atomic weapons are not unleashed at this time.

While North Korea may want to use the nuclear threat to try to extract more economic aid from the United States, the reality is that it has also always coveted taking over all of South Korea and reuniting the peninsula. South Korea is a huge economic prize, now wealthy beyond imagination for the poor North Koreans. It is the home of such corporate behemoths as Samsung, Hyundai and Kia. If North Vietnam fought and “sacrificed” so much to take over South Vietnam, a country in the 1960s and 1970s that was hardly rich, then North Korea must now have an even greater incentive to acquire its southern sister. And coupled with its nuclear arsenal, North Korea possesses a sophisticated 1 million-plus person military force, which clearly can easily overrun the South’s defenses short of our having to use tactical nuclear weapons to stem the advance. What is to stop the North, over 60 years after the end of the first Korean War? Only a nuclear exchange can stop such an advance, an exchange the United States does not want, as it would release deadly radiation across the Asian continent and bring China into the equation! This could trigger World War III. Checkmate!

As for Iran, the message is now even clearer. If North Korea already possesses nuclear-tipped missiles, then this radical Islamic state, which has likely paid “mucho dinero” to its cash-starved ally for this technology, must itself already possess a nuclear missile capability. And, given the Supreme Leader’s and President Ahmadinejad’s threats to use nuclear weaponry to wipe Israel and the “Great Satan,” the United States, off the face of the map, a second Holocaust against Jews and Christians now seems even more likely.

The United States, Israel and their Western allies are now caught in a vice, between the evil regimes of North Korea and Iran. In the words of the famous comedy team Laurel and Hardy, “a fine mess you have gotten us into, Olly.” But the deceit and incompetence of the successive administrations of Clinton, Bush and now Obama are not funny. Nor is the lack of oversight by our Congress.

“We the People” have been disserved in ways that go far beyond budget deficits, our mounting debt, Obamacare, our broken system of justice and a host of other government outrages. These domestic concerns pale in comparison to the severity of our dangerous international situation.

As my former Italian father-in-law, Guido D’Aniello, used to say, “Enjoy today because tomorrow will be even worse!”

The North Korean-Iranian life-and-death nuclear express now threatens our very survival! It’s time to legally remove our establishment hack leaders before matters get even worse.

The persecution of Pastor Abedini, who remains in captivity dying in an Iranian prison, is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the vehement anti-Christian and anti-Semitic words and actions of the neo-Nazi Islamic Republic of Iran. In another article of last Friday, even the equally liberal Washington Post published a story by Michael Gerson in which he quotes racist statements and threats by the Iranian president and supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, toward Jews as well.

According to President Ahmadinejad, “Israel must be wiped off the map. Zionism is a germ of corruption. … It is a cancer cell that must be removed from the body. … The Zionist regime is heading toward annihilation. They should know that they are nearing the last days of their lives. Israel is destined for destruction and will soon disappear.” As for Supreme Leader Khamenei, who reigns “supreme” over all other Iranian officials, Israel is a “cancerous tumor”; the perpetual subject of Iran “is the elimination of Israel from the region. … There is only one solution to the Middle East problem, namely the annihilation and destruction of the Jewish state.”

Gerson also quotes senior Iranian military leaders, presidential advisers and religious authorities stating that “Zionists are ‘microbes’ and ‘bacteria’ and a ‘cancerous growth.’ ‘Jews are very filthy people,’ who are responsible for spreading disease and drug abuse. There is a religious [Muslim] duty to ‘fight the Jews and vanquish them so that the conditions for the advent of the Hidden Imam will be met.’”

In the face of all of this, over the last four years, President Obama, and his two pliant and corrupt secretaries of state, Hillary Clinton and now John Kerry, have been virtually silent in speaking out about the persecution of Christians and Jews in Iran and the Middle East in general. Given Obama’s Muslim roots and predilections, this regrettably comes as no surprise; but its effects on American foreign policy and the persecution and planned genocide of Christians and Jews have been devastating. The evil Islamic mullahs in Tehran obviously see that Obama has given them a carte blanche to continue their mission to eventually wipe all Christians and Jews off the face of the earth, as they are “infidels” whose God challenges their god, Allah, and the “Hidden Imam” for supremacy.

This Islamic genocidal mission obviously is what lies behind Iran’s near complete push to acquire nuclear weapons. Indeed, Ahmadinejad has promised a second Holocaust, and with little resistance from Obama and his administration – save for cosmetic and worthless economic sanctions that have been imposed on the regime – Iranians and their Muslim allies, like the terrorist groups Hamas, Hezbollah and the Muslim Brotherhood, now see this as an achievable reality. In short, they see “victory in sight.”

By contrast, yesterday, in an American federal courtroom in Washington, D.C., I tried the case of two heroes of the Persian freedom movement: Akbar and Manouchehr Mohammadi. Akbar was the first student leader to call for the overthrow of this neo-Nazi Islamic Iranian regime, and his brother Manouchehr was his partner in organizing a student freedom movement that at one point looked like it might succeed in sparking a secular revolution to remove the mullahs. For their brave efforts, the two brothers were imprisoned, tried before a kangaroo Shariah court and sentenced to death. Akbar and Manouchehr were then tortured, Akbar later murdered brutally while in prison, but Manouchehr miraculously escaped after seven years of confinement. The entire Mohammadi family, including sisters Nasrin and Simin and other brother Reza, as well as their parents, have been forever emotionally and physically damaged as a result. Thus, the case against the supreme leader, president, Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the Iranian regime finally was heard, and a decision is expected shortly for these crimes against humanity.

While the Mohammadis have pressed for justice in the United States, where have our “fearless leaders” been? It is not just our “Muslim president” who has turned a blind eye to the genocidal racist designs of his Muslim “brothers” in Iran, but the Republican Party as well. This lack of concern by our establishment so-called leaders has not only left Christians and Jews literally hanging, but also sent a message that the United States no longer has the will to challenge Hitleresque despots globally.

And, to a large extent, this lack of resolve has given a green light not only to Islamic Iran to build nuclear weapons to carry out its planned Holocaust, but now to North Korea – not coincidentally the mullahs’ ally – which also is seriously consider using its arsenal of atomic bombs to further the ultimate genocidal communist ends to annihilate and then acquire capitalist South Korea – their equivalent of Christians and Jews for the Iranian mullahs.

In short, for a variety of reasons, including Obama’s Muslim sympathies and Republican lack of resolve if not cowardliness, the evil dictators of Iran and North Korea are on the verge of collectively turning the Western world into a powder keg.

This is yet another example of why “We the People” must now take control of our own fate before it is too late!

President Barack Hussein Obama, at heart a Muslim, has taken no action in the last four years to support the Iranian freedom movement, as he likely feels a kinship with the mullahs. Indeed, this publication has coined a phrase for Obama as the “First Muslim President.” But regardless of whether the “mullah in chief” is sympathetic to the regime, his record of inaction stands on its own. So too do the talk big and take no action establishment Republicans like Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham. For “fun” they get their kicks advocating military intervention with regard to much lesser nefarious interests in the Muslim world – nation states and terrorist groups that pale in comparison to the power of and evilness of the rulers of Iran.

The reality is that we fought the wrong wars over the last 10 years and lost them all, nevertheless. Today, Iraq is for all practical purposes a Shiite sister proxy state of Iran. So, too, in practice is Afghanistan, as the Taliban, with Iranian financial and logistical support, has resurfaced with a vengeance and is much more dominant than the corrupt and feckless Afghani government itself. It would have made preeminent sense for the United States to early on have supported, with covert and any other means, the Iranian freedom movement and, if necessary, used military force to overthrow this evil neo-Nazi regime. But our leaders did not want, for whatever reason, to take on the “big bully” in the Middle Eastern neighborhood, which would have required more courage. This was a huge mistake, as the Iranian regime’s cancer of death has metastasized and spread over the last 10 years, and the Islamic state is now not only a nuclear but great conventional military power, which even Israel fears taking on directly despite credible threats by the mullahs to wipe the Jewish state off the face of the Earth. Iran also supports Hamas, Hezbollah, Syrian President Assad and every other terrorist state and interest in the region bent on furthering not just the destruction of Israel and a radical Muslim revolution in the Middle East in general, but also the destruction of the United States as a world power.

That being said, about three years ago, on behalf of a brave Persian Mohammadi family whose sons and brothers Akbar and Manouchehr were the first student leaders to call and actively work for regime change in Iran, I brought a lawsuit against the rulers of this evil nation. The regime, true to form, had imprisoned both Akbar and Manouchehr, and then proceeded to terrorize the Mohammadi family as a whole. Akbar was tortured and eventually killed (WARNING: Graphic content: See the video that shows the inhuman mutilation of his body), and Manouchehr was placed under a death sentence in Evin prison. After seven years in jail, Manouchehr escaped and now lives in the United States. The sisters, other brother and parents of these two brave freedom fighters have also paid their price, both physically and emotionally. They are forever damaged and scarred, but continue to pray for Iranian freedom while grieving for Akbar.

“While in prison, Akbar was subjected to repeated bouts of torture and cruel and unusual forms of punishment, causing him to go deaf, and be in a constant state of agony.”

“Akbar, like many members of the Class herein, was placed in solitary confinement for long stretches of time, subjected to extreme conditions, and brutal beatings, all of which damaged him both physically and psychologically.”

“Finally on July 31^st, 2006, Akbar was murdered in Evin prison during a torture session, his long grueling prison term mercilessly ended by the regime.”

Now, finally, after three years of litigation the case is coming to trial next week. Testifying for Akbar, Manoucher and the family, as well as all freedom loving Iranians and peoples of the world, will not just be members of the Mohammadi family, but the distinguished likes of former CIA Director James Woolsey, former Reagan administration United Nation’s Ambassador Alan Keyes, former Reagan administration national security adviser and Iran expert Michael Ledeen and Ken Timmerman, executive director of the Foundation for Democracy in Iran and a brave investigative reporter and Iran expert who himself was imprisoned at one time by terrorists in the Middle East, among a host of others, including defectors from the Iranian government. They all will provide evidence not just about how and why the Mohammadis were tortured and in Akbar’s case killed for their efforts to free the Persian people from Islamic neo-Nazi oppression under Shariah law, but why the world must wake up and now take strong measures to extinguish this truly evil regime, much as it was forced to do with Hitler’s Third Reich. The trial will be much like the Nuremberg Nazi show trials after World War II.

It is indeed sad and underscores the worthless cowardliness of our government that the Mohammadis have had to take the lead in obtaining justice against the mullahs in Tehran. If our government had supported the Iranian freedom movement years ago, which was on the verge of overthrowing the regime, the world would not now be faced with this new “Evil Empire,” this time a radical Muslim one, and its real threat of a second nuclear Holocaust.

We can all take some solace that, at least for the Mohammadi family, justice finally now will be meted out in a federal courtroom in Washington, D.C., for all the world to witness, up close and personal, the inhuman nature of the Iranian Islamic regime.

Traveling to Israel on his “new charm offensive” with his leftist and Botox-injected secretary of state, John Kerry, our so-called president sought to keep the coffers of Jewish money and votes flowing for the Democratic Party by making it appear that he is a reliable friend of the Hebrew state, such that the United States will come to Israel’s defense should the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria and other hostile terrorist states and groups attempt soon to annihilate, as they have vowed, the land of Moses, King David and Jesus.

However, undercutting the “mullah in chief’s” sincerity even before he arrived in Tel Aviv was Obama’s televised interview with Israeli television, during which he claimed that his fellow Muslim mullahs in Tehran were over a year away from building an atomic bomb, which they have threatened repeatedly to use to annihilate Israel and the great Satan, the United States. Notwithstanding that this foreign intelligence “revelation” is obviously contrived and false – as Iran has by more reliable and believable Israeli accounts already passed the nuclear red line with regard to having the capability to quickly assemble and build a bomb (see this report) – it constitutes yet another illegal leak of U.S. national security information by Obama. Even more important, the “leak” was intended to undercut Prime Minister Netanyahu – who had previously pressed for joint Israeli-American military action this spring to destroy Iran’s nuclear capabilities, before Obama even arrived in Israel.

Coupled with this stunt, upon Obama’s arrival in Israel, the great usurper arranged to be greeted by Israeli President Shimon Peres, who is a fellow socialist and a bitter rival of Netanyahu and his Likud Party. In a public ceremony televised worldwide, Peres, who has no real power other than to be a figurehead, proceeded to fawn over Obama, heaping praise on him as a great friend of the Jewish state and then awarding him a medal for all he has done. In this way, Obama’s socialist comrade Peres was used to again embarrass and box in Netanayhu, who has clashed with Obama over the last four years, thereby undercutting the planned negotiations with the prime minister over taking out the Iranian nuclear program. Peres and Obama also intended to undercut the prime minister’s practical resistance to a quick two-state solution to the Palestinian problem – promoted by Obama and Peres – which would allow for a Palestinian state on the West Bank, a terrorist-controlled dagger in the side of the Jewish state. The display was sickening, as Obama looked on devilishly.

Netanyahu – who, with his conservative Likud Party, recently took a hit during the recent elections in January and now has a very weak hold on his prime ministership – then proceeded to roll over and himself heap praise on Obama as Israel’s greatest friend, having been politically outflanked by his American and Israeli rivals. As a result, both the Israeli public and Jewry worldwide were treated to an attempted fraud – as both Obama and high Israeli officials backed away from committing to take any immediate forceful action to stop Iran’s nuclear program and instead engaged in political “sex.”

In short, all parties, Obama, Peres and Netanyahu, disgraced and disserved their own people by attempting to lull them to sleep on the immediate threat of an Iranian nuclear Holocaust.

If you need quick confirmation of what I just said, then just do a Google search and look up the name Al Cardenas. He is the current head of ACU and CPAC, and here is how Wikipedia accurately describes him:

“Alberto ‘Al’ Cardenas (born in Cuba in 1948) is the current chair of the American Conservative Union and a partner in the law firm of Tew Cardenas. He has been named as one of Washington, D.C.’s top lobbyists by The Hill Newspaper.

“Cardenas is active in the Republican Party, having served three terms as vice-chairman and two terms as chairman of the Republican Party of Florida. He was also appointed to the Executive Committee of the Republican Party, the highest policy-making board at the Republican National Committee. He was the first Hispanic to lead a major state party and remains the only Hispanic party chairman in Florida history.”

I know Al Cardenas, having resided in Miami for many years and being a Republican Senate Primary candidate in 2004. He is on the surface a nice, well-dressed and polite man, but he is also a paid hired gun, an ultra-slick lobbyist of the highest magnitude. He is ironically typical of what is wrong with the Republican Party, which has been nearly totally taken over by establishment political consultants and lobbyists bent on lining their own pockets, rather than representing the interests of the American people. They slither about Washington, D.C., like the political snakes they are, greasing any congressman, senator, or other government official they can get their grimy claws into. For the right price, the likes of Cardenas are even welcome into the “devil’s den” of President Barack Hussein Obama’s White House, and you can bet he has lobbied there as well for his clients.

So, in watching the CPAC convention cable this week, keep in mind who runs it and then sift through the political speech that freely rises like hot air from most of its speakers. In watching just the first day of speeches, with only one exception – ironically the speech of a Democratic pollster, Pat Caddell – I am reminded of the opening statement of Joe Pesci in the classic film comedy “My Cousin Vinnie.” When the judge asks a sleeping Vinnie, who is serving as the criminal defense lawyer for his cousin and a friend who have been accused of murder in a sleepy Southern town, if he has anything to say to the jury in response to the prosecutor’s opening statement, an unprepared Vinnie awakes and replies “Everything that guy just said is BS.” The politicians showcased at CPAC are not only ill-prepared, but given their lack of courage and results in confronting the most evil president in American history with real action, they are not worthy of “prime time.” Instead, what we see is mostly a dog-and-pony show of BS calculated to further their own political and lobbying consultant interests and futures. CPAC is today mostly a giant commercial for the Republican Party.

But, unexpectedly, Pat Caddell told it differently Thursday, and for this he will likely be excommunicated from future CPAC conferences if the likes of Al Cardenas have any anything to say about it. Here is what he said, and just in part:

“When you have the chief of staff of the Republican National Committee and the political director of the Romney campaign, and their two companies get $150 million at the end of the campaign for the ‘fantastic’ get-out-the-vote program … some of this borders on RICO (the 1979 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) violations.”

Caddell added: “Its all self-dealing going on. I think it works on the RICO thing. They’re in the business of lining their pockets. … In my party we play to win. We play for life and death. You people play for a different kind of agenda. … Your party has no problem playing the Washington Generals to the Harlem Globetrotters.”

So there you have it; from a Democratic consultant no less.

Tragically, the nation is confronting a growing number of life-threatening crises. There is the out-of-control and fatal national debt, the increase in regulation and taxes, which is destroying small and medium size business and job growth in particular, the real threat of nuclear attack from Islamic Iran and North Korea, the near total breakdown in our judicial system, where judges as well feather the nests of the establishment and cast aside ordinary Americans. Then there’s the loss of privacy and civil rights by citizens such that any so called “subversive” who allegedly challenges the “sovereignty” of our modern-day King Barack Hussein Obama can be killed, by executive order, at the hands of the government’s internal security forces, which have been flying not only drones but black helicopters firing practice rounds in our neighborhoods. This column is too short and the list of atrocities too long to list all of the threats to American freedom Obama and his comrades pose to our country.

Conservatives, libertarians, people of faith and other concerned Americans must gather together and plan a course of nonviolent revolutionary action before all is lost. But do not be fooled: CPAC-Washington 2013 is not the Continental Congress-Philadelphia 1776. It is simply a giant Super Bowl-like political advertisement, as Pat Caddell intimated, for the corrupt Republican Party, which is content to shoot off its mouth, spew BS and raise money for their political campaigns, lobbyists and consultants – but in the end take no real conservative revolutionary action to restore the nation to greatness.
