(HOUSTON CHRONICLE) — Last August, 31-year-old Rachell Oliver consumed a lethal concoction of addictive prescription drugs and was found dead inside a house nestled near Silsbee in the Big Thicket.
Tracy Cunningham, 48, visited the same house eight months later on April 23. She was there for just a day before dying from the same drug cocktail.
The home’s owner, 68-year-old William Robert Oliver Jr., was known to have numerous women frequent his home. The bespectacled senior citizen also has been described as the “man to go to” in East Texas, a drug dealer who could get you any pill you wanted, investigators said.
